My best little buddy.

With a third kid on the way, I am starting feel overwhelmed on not being able to remember details about Drake and Ava. I really try to write them down and stay on top of it, but I haven't been doing very well with it the last little while. So, it's probably easiest just to store it on my blog, in one spot and when I need to, I can go back to remember.

Drake, where do I begin. You are seriously the funnest little guy. I can't believe how grown up you have become over the last year. I look at you and can't see my little baby boy anymore. Which is definitely bitter sweet. I love watching you learn and grow. One of my favorite things to do is read to my kids, but lately Drake has been reading to me. He is doing so awesome! I can hardly believe it. I'm so grateful to have you as a son. For my record here are some funny things Drake has said lately:

*When I'm a "little" upset with you :) and your crying you say to me, "Mom! Yelling isn't working." Or even funnier, "madness isn't working." " It's hard working on crying."

*Drake and Ava have these little water guns, and one morning Drake comes in to me after going to the bathroom and says, "Mom, my privates pee like a water squirter."

*Drake asked Brandon, "When am I going to have a baby?" Brandon said, "Boys don't have babies, only girls." Drake insisted he was going to have a baby, confusingly saying, "Well, what about Ellie's dad?" A little explaining was done!

I love you little man. You keep us laughing.
