500 days of Summer.

Just got back from watching this flick. It's only playing in selected theaters, but I LOVE it. So, if it's playing in a theatre near you, you need to go see it. It's humor is similar to Juno and totally a real life feel. Maybe, you'll be lucky enough to be the loudest person laughing in a quiet room full of people. I sure was, but that's usually the case when it comes to me.

Water Balloons.

I think my fingers are raw from filling up and tying so many water balloons. Then the little trickers turned on me and started chasing me around the yard! Maybe it was a little payback for me getting them first.

It makes me sad that my kids don't get to grow up with my brothers and sisters kids. I loved growing up with my cousins. But, I am so so glad that they have Taya and Tyce. Here are the little trouble makers. It's so fun to watch them interact and play together.

Another year gone. Seriously, where did my little newborn girl go? I feel like it was yesterday that I bundled you up at the hospital and brought you home into our life.

Dear Ava,

You are so full of life! You are so so sweet, but man you have a feisty little side. You are my adventurous girl. You love shoes. If there are any shoes laying around you try them on. I could listen to that sweet, squeaky voice of yours ramble on forever. And what would we do without that thumb of yours? You love to read books and play outside. I think you'd sleep out there if we let you! You love the swing and never seem to tire of it. Your laugh is contagious. Your personality is so silly and fun. You are such a special little girl and we love you so much! Happy 2 years.

Cupcake Bash.

So, Randi and Sue totally surprised me with this cupcake class for my birthday!! They even had a couple of our friends in on it and they've all known for 2 months. I was completely surprised and it was a blast! I had so much fun and I LOVE cupcakes. We also ate at a little cafe for breakfast. Thanks so much! You guys are the best.
