I had to post this yummy dessert recipe. I even gave it my own little name, cause it truly is delightful. I found it off of a pie crust package. Here it is.
1 shortbread pie crust
4 oz. cream cheese softened
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. cool whip
With a hand mixer, blend cream cheese and sugar until fluffy
Mix in sour cream.
Fold in cool whip.
I sliced fresh strawberries and placed them all over the top. Refrigerate to set. Lastly, Enjoy!
I had a piece before dinner, after dinner, and one with lunch today. I doubled my recipe :)
